Pie Class with Sarah Ward

ABOUT THE CLASS:

Accomplished baker, recipe developer and pie artist extraordinaire Sarah Ward will lead a workshop all about the beloved pie. Learn how to make the most perfectly flaky butter pie crust during this one day workshop. Students will work through the entire process, from creating a delicious pie filling, to making the crust, to forming and baking. It’s a fully hands-on experience that will leave you feeling confident in all your future pie making endeavors.

For this workshop, we’re going classic with the apple pie. All students will leave class with a homemade, freshly baked apple pie that’s ready to be enjoyed or frozen and kept for the holidays.
